The Historic Pease Homestead is home of a fully restored historic 1820 Carriage Home in Miami Township, near the Dayton Mall

This beautiful secluded historic home includes 2 bedrooms (or a beautiful office) with wooded views and spacious closets, 1 bath, living room w/ fireplace, open stairwell, newer country kitchen, hardwood floors, original beams, one car attached garage w/ opener, large fenced backyard (shared) with nice deck for morning sun,  cellar, and large open yards.  Directly beside the home is acres and acres of wooded land with Holes Creek passing through it and deer that will graze in your yard.  Beautiful view from the kitchen/living room/bedroom of the woods gives you feel of being in a mountain lodge!  This is the original Carriage House to the historic Pease Homestead (both listed on the National Register of Historic Places) located on property, therefore, the yards and driveways are shared with the estate owners.  If you are looking for a tranquil, rustic, country setting close to everything and want to live in a home that was built when the south and north were debating conflict, this may be the home for you.

This is a small, quaint historic carriage home on a shared property with the Landlord.  Occupancy limits are set as allowed by law.  Maximum two vehicles.
